On January 6, 2024, during his propaganda laden speech, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland said, “We have secured convictions of leaders of both the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers for seditious conspiracy.” Later in the same speech he said, “As I said before, the Justice Department will hold all January 6 perpetrators, at any level, accountable under the law – whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on our democracy.” The video of his speech is embedded directly below for your reference.

I haven’t looked at any of the evidence related to this point, so let’s assume they’re guilty as charged. What I want to know is, what happened to the people who “attempted to break into the Federal Courthouse” in Portland? First off, they actually broke into the Federal Courthouse, they didn’t just “attempt to.” Then they set the building on fire, with Federal Employees still inside, which sounds like attempted murder. In Portland they broke in and faced no charges, but in DC they were welcomed in and are being hunted by Garland’s SS.

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

In his book Three Felonies a Day, civil-liberties lawyer Harvey Silverglate estimates that the average person unknowingly breaks at least three Federal criminal laws every day. Remember, the Federal Government has UNLIMITED resources at their disposal, and you don’t. In addition, the DOJ has been aided by ordinary citizens, whom Garland said were “our indispensable partners in this effort.”

Do you really think your neighbors wouldn’t rat you out, even falsely, to save their own necks?
I’d suggest that you read 18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 – TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES, but it won’t do any good. I firmly believe that America is a lost cause, and the only hope we have lies with God. Without that hope, you don’t want to know what I might’ve become.
